With the continuous development of China's economy and the growing maturity of the service industry,property management services,which are closely related to people's life and work,are attracting more and more attention."Customer first" property service is more and more valued by people.Companies engaged in property service began to understand that customer satisfaction is the premise of their own service and construction,a property company want to achieve sustained,stable and healthy development,want to expand their market share,it is necessary to put customer satisfaction in the first place.The growth of customer satisfaction,like the development of the company,is a slow process.This requires property management companies not only to provide practical services for customers in real time,but also to timely adjust their own service system according to the changes of customer needs,evaluate their work according to customer satisfaction,and timely adjust and improve their previous service purposes and concepts.This article first to the CD,TF property general situation of the realty service company,a brief description,and then puts forward the TF property company of the customer satisfaction evaluation system and the basic principles,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to select the indicators of the evaluation of customer satisfaction,on the basis of constructing the TF property company customer satisfaction evaluation system,after the use of the form of questionnaire survey,using specific statistical analysis of TF property company sum up all the satisfaction and general satisfaction.By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the questionnaire survey method,statistical analysis method and relevant data and the method of statistical analysis to questionnaire data corresponding to comb and summing up,find the key factors that affect customer satisfaction,and puts forward a series of constructive on the basis of these key factors,replication,and feasible countermeasures and Suggestions...
