In recent years, market segmentation has become one of the important trends in the hotel industry. The Inn Boutique is to conform to this new trend, and will become the hotel industry following the star hotel chain, after the development of a new type of hotel.Faced with the vigorous development of the The Inn Boutique phenomenon, many scholars at home and abroad are committed to the development of The Inn Boutique, the domestic and foreign markets began a wave of different degrees of The Inn Boutique construction. But have mushroomed in the boutique hotel in development is facing serious problems, i.e., the difficulty of star rating, no domestic and adapt the evaluation system, so in open up new sources, the new market will encounter bottlenecks.This paper considers the boutique hotel evaluation index system set up around the corner.
