Seastar Computer System Integration Tech focuses on the computer and network products. In the fierce market competition, the quality of service holds down the development of enterprise. This paper introduces the whole customer service architectures to improve the competition capability of the enterprise.Firstly, the paper introduces the formation and development of CRM theory, analyses the insider and outside environment of the company, investigates the problems about the establishment of customer service, analyses the demanding of the new customer service architecture and supporting system based on it. To realize CRM system, company should reengineer and reconstruct the organization, business process and enterprise culture, design the system process, function model and relational database system with the knowledge about computer network and database based on it, develop the system with regarding customer as center. The article draws up the course about system application and analyses the critical success factors. The paper will be through the establishment the customer service improve the rate of customer satisfaction; reduce the rate of customer lost with CRM system. At last the paper constructs the complicated architecture in includingservice, management and decision analysis. The paper is an article of research about CRM idea and IT applied to CRM, it is useful to construct and be enough enterprise customer service architecture.
