Now the labor transfer research, mainly belongs to the field of economics, and from the sociological Angle to study is not much. Economics in the research of transfer of labor force, abstract off some nonnegligible social elements variables that all the time to be absent affect the formation of labor transfer, operation and output. and into these social factors, which is beneficial to explain the original perspective of economics can’t solve the problem. For a very prominent an example, in the traditional labor transfer metering, have received education degree as calculating the total amount of transfer of labor force, however, it does not explain why the most populous country in the world is not the best country economic development. This is because, the influence factors of labor transfer includes not only economic factors, also contains a complex social external factors. The main body of labor transfer mainly by the government, the society public organizations and family of three parties. Among them, the family in the transfer of labor force plays a very important and the effect that cannot ignore.In this paper, through the investigation of the current situation of Weifang rural households transfer of labor, education, health, respectively for the transfer of labor force is discussed, the situation summarized as follows:the education of their children is much greater than the other, family in children’s education will strongly, adult education are often neglected by their families; to medical in health, nutrition health care products. Secondly, pay for physical exercise cost is zero; labor transfer will strongly but showed great blindness. Influencing factors including age, gender and education level, individual family income, rural living environment and production environment, cultural tradition in rural areas. Some suggestions to these problems. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the preface, mainly includes the research background and significance, and research methods, research status at home and abroad and the development of dynamic, technology route and the innovation of the paper. The second part is the related concepts and theoretical basis, the third part is the present situation of rural labor transfer in Weifang including the rural labor force and the main characteristics of the overall situation of farmers and transfer in Weifang city status. The fourth part is the research design, including the definition of core concepts, sample selection, sampling plan. The transfer of rural labor force status, factor analysis and conclusion. The fifth part is the suggestions, including increasing the income of farmers, establish guarantee mechanism, strengthening farmers living children reading safeguard mechanism, improve the social security system for migrant workers.
