Study On Land Circulation In The Process Of Rural Labor Transfer In Jiangxi Province

Land and labor is the foundation of the people to survival and development, and also is the most important factors of rural social productive forces. They are very important for the development of the economy, social progress and people's happiness. In the process of building a well-off society in our country, especially in the battle for poverty alleviation, the role of the land and labor is indispensable. But, in our country, we have commerce-favored ideology, urban-rural dual system, rural low labor productivity, low farmer income level of reality. We should pay more attention to household-responsibility system and realize the innovation and diversity of land circulation. We should on the basis of household-responsibility system and allow farmers to a variety of forms, a variety of ways the circulation of land management, actively promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas, actively promote the development of modern agriculture. Jiangxi province is a big agriculture province in central China region. It is also a major rice producing areas.In a crucial stage of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, Jiangxi should effectively accelerate agricultural development and promote the land circulation in order to work. To improve the utilization efficiency of land resources, it should promote agricultural development, rural development and farmers' development. And then we can solve the problem of dual structure between urban and rural areas of Jiangxi province.This article is under the background of “ Three Rural Issues””advancing agricultural modernize" to research the problem of the land circulation in the process of rural labor transfer in Jiangxi province. This article firstly study the status quo of rural labor transfer and land circulation analysis, and then on the basis of a large number of literature theory study. It discusses the rural labor transfer quantity and quality of quality and quantity of land circulation, and the influence of dialysis through different angles the influence relations between them. Secondly, we from the perspective of empirical land circulation discuss the influence of rural labor force transfer. It is concluded that both exist positive correlation, and the mobility of rural labor transfer should be greater than the liquidity of land circulation. Fourthly, on the base of the previous theory and empirical analysis, we put forward the perfect market intermediary organizations; standardize circulation, improving the system of circulation and regulating the behavior of flow, improving the quality of transfer, improving the social security and other measures to effectively promote the land circulation. Finally, we through the Anyi county in Jiangxi province as typical cases, analyses the typical experience and practice of land circulation, and proves the importance and necessity of land circulation.All in all, this article demonstrates the Jiangxi province rural labor transfer process in the land circulation problems based on the empirical and case fully in such aspects as the empirical case, and fully demonstrates the Jiangxi province in the land circulation problem in the process of the rural labor transfer. In order to promote the development of Jiangxi province land circulation we put forward reasonable and effective measures.
