Application Research Of Lean Production In YLCC Company

With the development of global economic integration and lean production,more and more enterprises have adopted this advanced production management philosophy at home and abroad.The implementation of lean production improves the core competitiveness of enterprises and promotes enterprise having obtained the remarkable result from motor industry to electronic industry.This thesis aims to explore whether the lean production be applied to YLCC,where and how,and which parts need improving.This thesis is based on the background of general environment at home or abroad,analyzes the current management situation of YLCC and finds out the problem of transit shipment,of transportation and management from the aspects of process arrangement,procedure analysis,stock control and information construction.This thesis aiming at current theoretical knowledge,combining with physical truth of enterprises,the procedure analysis and balancing technique are used for improving production line process;5s on the spot is used for perfecting transit shipment on the spot;the number of unloading deck helps to distribute equipment and staff equitably;storage theory helps to model stock control;based on the original EOQ modeling,constraint condition is added to solve the modeling and programming helps to achieve model calculation;enterprises lean information management is achieved through computer technique.Through the implementation of the lean production model in YLCC,18 minutes of cycling time is saved while 960 tons of transit amount per shit;5S working group improves the working environment of shop work,increases the rate of participation of staff and helps to enhance the lean theory;equitable distribution of resources helps to save 2 empty scale load;Inventories are optimized by the improved EOQ model,a series of problems are solved such as inventory and demand is not clear;The development of an effective lean information system to improve the employee's work efficiency.The paper finally concludes that the lean production mode not only significantly improves ability of manufacturing,but also applies to the transport.The object of study is not limited to the value stream,taking process as the research object can effectively reduce the cost, improve efficiency,and reduce waste.Finally,the summary and prospect to promote lean production mode and introduced lean production process,the key is to deeply understand the company's own situation,combining with the ideas and methods of lean production to develop a set of practical and feasible for actual situation.Study of this paper not only eliminates waste for YLCC compa ny,and promotes the competitiveness of the industry to contribute,but also in lean production mode for the energy industry has a certain reference role in promoting.Therefore it has high theoretical significance and practical reference value.
