Along with the trend of economic globalization intensifies, a growing number of manufacturing companies face increased uncertainty, enterprises are facing more and more challenges in the face of a growing number of opportunities at the same time.In the face of unpredictable changing external and internal disturbances, Enterprises can respond to changing customer needs and market trends quickly and flexibly, that Has the very vital significance. Lean production and quality control is such a new way of management, and is an effective tool who can make an enterprise to take advantage of in the competition, can make the enterprise’s ability reinforced in the face of changes of external market, the economic efficiency of enterprises can be effectively improved in the meantime.First of all, this paper describes some of the main points of lean production and quality control theory, also introduces the basic situation of development of lean production and quality control in China.Secondly, this article studied the relationship between lean production and quality management, and raised lean quality management model, structure and methodology based on the definition; Finally,in connection of the development status of Chinese manufacturing enterprise, made an analysis from the three stages of manufacturing enterprise product development, design, manufacture, and established the lean manufacturing enterprise quality management model.Finally, based on the JK company as the object to do empirical research. Through the field surveys, analyzed and summarized the quality management problems of JK company. On conditions of JK in the following studies: Using QFD to carry on the analysis to the product development and design, based on considering the customer classification, customer value and customer requirements weights, to build the improved "House of quality" model, this effectively improved the design quality of the products, and meeted the needs of different customer needs betterly;At the manufacturing stage to implement 5S,it makes to ensure the quality of the most basic of equipment,implementing TPM to ensure quality, implementing standardized operation process to ensure operation quality;describing the whole implementation process of application of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC model in quality control of Assembly processes, Using Minitab software for qualitative data analysis to identify the key factors affecting the Assembly quality--with former methods of inspection,Assembly and clean lubrication and exploring the control measures proposed for each key factors,putting forward improving quality the countermeasures and Suggestions of JK company.
