Job analysis and performance assessment are important parts of human resourcemanagement, and also the focus of the modern enterprise human resource management.Job analysis is one of the key technologies of the human resources management, which canprovide basis for accessing performance through comprehensive collection and sorting aswell as scientific analysis of job information. The performance assessment is the corecontent of the human resource management; besides, performance assessment can enhancethe competitiveness of enterprises and make enterprises be more competitive in the market.Nanchang Asia Brewery Company’s Transportation Department was established inNovember2010, is a new department. Therefore, the human resources department for theTransportation Department’s job analysis and performance evaluation system of research,design is not comprehensive, need further adjustment and perfection.Based on the theory of modern human resources management, from the positionanalysis and the basic theory of performance management, adopting the research methodsof induction, analysis, and theory combined with practice, combining normative analysiswith case study, mainly study Nanchang Asia Brewery Company’s TransportationDepartment’s important position analysis and the existing performance appraisal system.Through the analysis and research, found that the existing position analysis do not tallywith the actual situation, the existing job description is not specific, no subdivision, and thedepartment’s performance appraisal system is too simple, too single, not specific enough,assessment index finished cannot fully reflect the current work of the staff. To solve theseproblems, this paper improved the existing job description, put forward the suitableperformance appraisal scheme, suggest the results of the performance appraisal at the sametime apply to other aspects of human resource management, human resource managementof Nanchang Asia Brewery Company Has a certain theoretical significance.
