Human Resource Management has been treated as a powerful techniqueto gain competitive advantage for enterprisesby managers. The performancemanagement is the kernel of human resource management and boils down intoperformance indicators. So setting up performance indicators becomes thekey.General and senior managers are the most important persons inenterprises, who are supported by all information and the most powerfulmembers. Performance indicators must be set up for their managerialbehaviors.To solve the problem, we first do some research on organization theory.It is found that we should analyze the efficiency of organization according toemployees, customers and investors. Then we draw the conclusion that weshould set the performance indicators in line with the stakeholders' interests.In the final part we explain how to deal with the support of the balancescore card with a case study.
