At present, with the integration of the rapid development of Chinese economy and the globaleconomy, the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. In order toachieve success in competition, enterprises pay more and more attention to personnel management.Strategic human resource management is a modern management method to solve this problem, itfocus on the introduction of the enterprise purpose, human resources training and management. Hasbecome the main way to strengthen the market competitiveness of enterprises, especially intwenty-first Century, more and more enterprises recognize the importance of strategic humanresource management. So, enterprise should according to their own characteristics and shortcomings,targeted from the strategic height to carry out the work of human resource management in modernenterprises.
