The mankind has entered the knowledge economy era of the 21 century. The economic globalization trend has led to the unprecedented fierce competitions among enterprises across the world, and the focus of the competitions is on hi-tech and intelligence ,which are nothing than the competition for superiority of human resources. Therefore, the human resources will, in the knowledge economy era, become the core carrier for corporate development, and more and more enterprises have taken the development and management of human resources as one of their strategic countermeasures for facing opportunities and challenges.Based on the theories of human resource management, the article analyze the Poongwon company's current human resource management status and examine recruitment , performance appraisal, compensation and welfare, incentive , training and personal development system by means of the combination of theories and practice. Then I put forward some concerns about human resource management of company, such as lack of personnel planning; unreasonable recruitment; the problems of performance appraisal and incentive lead to dissatisfaction of most Chinese manager and ineffectiveness; incomplete compensation system makes elite of the employee run off the company; the target of the company cannot be met due to incomplete training system. At last, the article put forward the plan and guarantee method to smooth the plan according to the problems of human resource management of Poongwon company.The article studies status and problems faced of human resource management of Poongwon company with analysis, comparison and abstraction. These researches and studies surely help to promoting enterprise economic system innovation, and are of vital meaning in theory and practice to human resource management of Korea company in China.
