The theory of business process reengineering(BPR)is a kind of enterprise management thought originated in America in 1980's.According to the Japanese manufacturing total quality management(Total Quality Management),lean production(Lean Produce),on time production(Just-In-Time),Based on the excellent management experience,such as zero defect(Zero-Defect),a theory of thoroughly and comprehensively reforming the management of enterprises is developed,the goal of which is to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises themselves.The 2000 quality Management system Standard defines a process as "a set of interrelated or interactive activities that translate inputs into outputs."With the economic development of our country,the rapid development and maturity of the third party logistics makes the market competition become more and more serious.Many domestic enterprises will break the original single logistics operation mode and adopt the diversified logistics operation mode.This will inevitably lead to huge changes in the business processes of logistics enterprises.In view of this,based on the relevant theory of business process reengineering,this paper applies the relevant method of business process reengineering to enterprise business process reengineering and improvement.It mainly includes the concrete ideas,methods and implementation steps of business process reengineering.This paper systematically analyzes the present situation of the business process of the company from the aspects of distribution management,warehousing management and information management,and finds out that the distribution efficiency is low.Storage layout planning is unreasonable and the level of information backward and other issues.Combined with the present situation of H Company,the paper makes comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the benefit of the future business process reengineering and obtains the direction of improvement,so as to optimize and design the business process model after the reengineering.
