Human resource is the important source of forming the enterprise core competence, theeffectiveness of human resource management determines the business development ability and level to acertain extent. Along with the development of social economy, information technology and themanagement theory as well as enhance of awareness of the environment protection and harmoniousdevelopment, the enterprise human resources management practice has surpassed the traditional personnelmanagement content, and presents the feature of more humanistic and harmonious. How to adhere to the"people-oriented" and "harmonious management" philosophy, and constantly create human resourcemanagement mode and method, more effectively to develop, utilize and manage the core resources ofenterprise "people", promote the enterprise scientific and sustainable development, to realize enterprises,employees and society harmonious win-win, which is an important issue of the modern human resourcemanagement research.Based on the analysis of existing human resources management mode research at home andabroad, and the cognition of the person nature and harmonious nature of the common "pavilion"architecture in the life, with the aid of analysis to the pavilion structure, construction process and themanagement implication, and the human nature hypothesis theory, humanistic management theory andharmonious management theory as the foundation, this paper puts forward innovatively a new model ofhuman resource management---"pavilion type management" model. This paper elaborates the main module,the core content, flow chart and application methods of human resources "pavilion type management"model. At the same time uses China Eastern Electric Group human resources management practice as anexample, has verified the human resources "pavilion type management" model applicability andeffectiveness. Practice has proved that enterprise carries out human resources management with the use ofhuman resources "pavilion type management" model is helpful to improve the level of human resourcesmanagement, strengthen the human resources management effect, and realize "the enterprise, employees and the society harmonious and unified" development goals.
