Nowadays, the compensation management system of Hubei huarun Power Company limited has been far behind the needs of its development, and there are many problems in the salary system about equipment maintenance personnel. For this group, the thesis has a try to design a great staff salary system for its own characteristics, which can stimulate the equipment maintenance personnel to work hard effectively.In order to understand the status of salary management in this Company correctly, the thesis collects the feedback information about the salary management system of equipment maintenance personnel at present, and this should provide a more detailed reference basis for further research; Then, the human resources management of field investigation, that grasp the company compensation management system, structure, level, as well as the firsthand material management system and so on. On this basis, the salary system, salary structure, pay levels of equipment maintenance personnel were analyzed. The thesis can find out the problems; Again, the thesis solves these problems, from establishing and perfecting the company compensation management system, improve the company's post setting, improve management quality and efficiency, build industry characteristics of performance appraisal system and so on to give a solution; Finally, this thesis analyzes the salary system of equipment maintenance personnel optimization scheme to implement the required security measures and may reach the effect.Through this compensation system optimization, the thesis can effectively motivate equipment maintenance personnel, maximize the development and utilization of human resources, optimize the salary management of equipment maintenance personnel, create more development opportunities, and constantly strengthen the company competitiveness.
