With the continuous development of the construction machinery industry market,market competition is more and more stimulating,and market competition is also the competition of talents.How to retain talents will be the problem that every enterprise will face,and how to optimize through salary management improving employee satisfaction will be a very effective way.As an important means and measure to attract talents,optimizing the enterprise salary management system has been paid more and more attention by enterprises.This paper takes XXZ's compensation management system as the main research object.Firstly,it gives an overview of the industry background and the company's current situation,and analyzes the problems existing in the company's compensation management.Secondly,it conducts data investigation and current status analyze on the company's existing human resources,salary types and composition,post setting,and salary structure,and analyze the company's salary level through data.Thirdly,collect information on employees' satisfaction with the existing compensation system,salary level perception,salary system awareness,etc.through questionnaire,and based on feedback to find out the problems in the company's salary management.Finally,based on the above analysis results,establish a three-dimensional and intuitive understanding of the company's compensation management system,and proposed an improvement plan according to the actual situation of XXZ company,it provides the supporting measures and methods for promoting the implementation of the salary improvement plan.
