In recent years, experienced in the unfair price competition quality events, government prohibition events and liquor, liquor sales in China showed a downward trend in volatility, has certain influence to the liquor making enterprises. At the same time, the main force of liquor making enterprises internal changes have also taken place in60,70,80,90after being replaced. China’s liquor brewing industry is undergoing a transition period hitherto unknown. The incentive problem becomes the primary problem to solve in liquor making industry. In order to improve the method of encouraging system design of liquor making industry to explore the new environment and new era, this paper takes HNYD company as an example to study.HNYD is a molecular, a listing Corporation in Hainan, mainly produced by liquor brewing, beverage. HNYD also faces the transition of low productivity per employee, employee enthusiasm is not high, incentive system, especially the incentive salary system in need of reform. Methods in this study, a combination of empirical and theoretical study, review and basis of modern salary management theory, using interviews, surveys, expert consultation and desk analysis methods, systematically analyzes the current salary management system of HNYD company, find out the main problems existing in the salary system of the company. The main problems existing in the combined company, the salary level, salary structure, incentive object level to develop a compensation strategy, and the overall strategy under the guidance, in the post value evaluation as the foundation, the HNYD compensation system design, including the design of salary level, salary grade, salary structure design, the design of salary management system design. In order to ensure that the new compensation system of scientific, economic and practical, this paper calculates and compensation change plan of total compensation. The smooth implementation of the new salary system and salary plan except itself, is closely related to human resources and cultural management of enterprise, in order to ensure that the new compensation management system can be effectively used, the related management of HNYD enterprise such as human resource management, enterprise culture management and improvement suggestions are put forward.
