The21st Century human resource management will become the core of enterprise management. Whoever owns the first-class talented people; it can develop more quickly and get the competition advantage. The key of surviving and developing of an enterprise is the training system, aver important part of management of human resource, which can enhance staff’s quality, make them adapt quickly to the new competitive situation and therefore can improve the competitiveness of an enterprise.Along with the rapid development of Chinese energy industry, pipeline enterprises have also ushered in its rare opportunity period. Facing the opportunity and the problems of the present situation, Pipeline Company, as a representative of the pipeline enterprise must go on and get development in the background of both opportunity and problem. But along with the pipeline enterprise scale unceasing development and technology promotion, there is a contradiction between deficiency of human resources reserve and the rapid development of enterprises. It has become the key of achieving competition advantage to how to develop human resource efficiently, to enhance staff’s equality and technical skills, to improve staff’s working effects and so on.This paper expounds the pipeline enterprise staff training case analysis of the papers. This paper through the case described CPP company staff training work in existence question, and reflected this enterprise in staff training the existing problems:leadership does not pay attention to; training demand analysis is not comprehensive; single form of training; the evaluation of training effect is invalid; the training team instability; the lack of specificity of training content and so on.In the last, the paper points solutions to improve the quality of staff’s training: transforming the training management; increasing the staff and funding; improvement of training mode; the establishment of staff training files; the establishment of a perfect training team; improvement of training demand analysis; improvement of training evaluation system.
