For the power supply enterprises, the marketing service work plays a more and more important role. In order to guide the market development, measure the level of marketing work, the comprehensive evaluation of power supply enterprises’ marketing effect has more and more concern. This paper combed the basic theory of the power supply enterprises’ marketing effect. The concept of electric power marketing was clear. The characteristics of the electric power marketing were summarized. And the marketing environment and marketing strategy of power supply enterprises were analyzed. On this basis, the purpose, principles and methods were determined. Then bulit the power supply enterprises marketing effect evaluation system from five aspects of the economic efficiency, marketing system, marketing consciousness, customer satisfaction and development ability. And established the comprehensive evaluation model. Determined the weight coefficient of index using the method of AHP and evaluated the power supply enterprises marketing effect using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally, this paper carried out the Beijing city power supply company for empirical analysis. The basic marketing situation of this electric power supply company was discussesd. Then applicated the power supply enterprises marketing performance evaluation system and the evaluation mode. Through the evaluation, we found that the overall level of marketing effect was good. Years of electricity and annual electricity recovery rate were high. And the economic benefit was very good. The constructing of marketing system was scientific and reasonable. However, other departments need to strengthen the marketing consciousness. The product and service were of high quality. Besides, The electric power company participated in the social public welfare activities and had certain development ability.
