This paper constructs a set of power industry scientific talents evaluationsystem of comprehensive quality training based on the in-depth analysis on the differencebetween the electric power industry talent evaluation and other industry. Combined with thespecific situation of electric power enterprises, the paper make fully using of the advantage aboutthe fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and AHP, establish the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation system.
