Education inperson’s life is a continuous learning process rather than the main melody of a specific period oflife time. This is the sum of all kinds of the culture in the life, and it realizes the unification ofthe entire education process from the preschool age to the old age. This includes both the formaleducation and informal education. It also includes the different stages of the education systemand various forms. This way can greatly satisfy the talent requirements according to the rapiddevelopment and updated knowledge in the world. And new knowledge, new technology updatein the form of index. Lifelong learning can make us overcome the difficulties, solve the newproblems in work, meet the needs of our survival and development, make us get largerdevelopment space, better realize their own value, enrich our spiritual life, and constantlyimprove the quality of life.Electric power enterprises shoulder the tremendous pressure that are the basis of integratedtechnology, the national industry, and have the responsibility to ensure the healthy developmentof national economy. Paying attention to on-the-job training staff of power industry is the key toimproving the efficiency and quality of the power industry. Then the training effect has becomethe key of the key, to carry out evaluation study about the training effect, to construct of thetraining evaluation system, to safeguard the staff training work smoothly, to make the effectconvenient for later training, and to face the job requirements better. It is very important to theemployees for business development and lifelong occupation planning.This paper expounds the characteristics of electric power industry and the characteristics oftalents training, and then it discusses China’s electric power industry personnel comprehensivequality evaluation. This paper constructs a set of power industry scientific talents evaluationsystem of comprehensive quality training based on the in-depth analysis on the differencebetween the electric power industry talent evaluation and other industry. Combined with thespecific situation of electric power enterprises, the paper make fully using of the advantage aboutthe fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and AHP, establish the fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation system. Based on the example of electric power enterprises in Henan Province, thepractical application has proved that the model can objectively, accurately, comprehensivelycomplete the comprehensive quality of talents training of electric power enterprise, and canprovide reference for the electric power enterprise training.
