With the development of facility agriculture,facility agriculture bring about economic benefit isoutstanding day by day.From the economic point of view,facility agriculture development is able toguarantee the supply of agricultural products,and bring economic benefits to the producers.But in recentyears,the pesticides, food and feed additives, animal and plant growth hormone abuse,and environmentalpollution caused by agricultural product safety problem is very serious.Safety of agricultural products is not only related to the health of consumers,but also related to acountry’s economic development,related to the stability of the society and the government’sprestige.Especially in recent years the international occurrence of major food hygiene case,make the publicto degree of importance on food safety increase to a hitherto unknown level.Along with the developmentof society, economy and technology,and human health demands,reappraise of human faces the problem offood safety,and timely take corresponding countermeasures,this is that governments of all countries areactive in efforts to resolve the issue.This paper mainly studies agricultural product quality safety problem of the facility agriculture.Atpresent,from the China existing research results,its content mainly concentrated in from the government,regulatory mechanism of angle to study the quality safety of agricultural products.For the safety ofagricultural products for the comprehensive system research,how to study of overall consideration from theagricultural product quality safety of each interest body,the establishment of a sound management to ensureits safety,at present domestic research is very little.In this thesis,the hypothesis of economic man theory, information asymmetry theory, transaction costeconomics theory and other related theories as a basis,by means of literature research and fieldinvestigation combined with、Which combines normal analysis and empirical analysis、the combination ofqualitative and quantitative analysis method.Firstly, through the research of agricultural products qualitysafety of facility agriculture current situation and main problems in Xinjiang,combining data and the areaof survey and data statistics,such as Fukang and so on,analysis of environmental factors influencing theagricultural products quality safety of facility agricultural,and to understand its harm;Then,analysis ofhuman factors in the agricultural products quality safety of facility agricultural,that is to the interestbody,combined with field survey and statistics,on the interests body of the functions and behavioranalysis;Secondly,through the collation of information and field research,summarize the facility agricultureof agricultural products quality and safety production organization mode,and through the analysis of thismode as well as the combination of the interests body,analysis about the participant interest body in acertain mode as well as interests body functions in this mode.Through these analysis,summarized the safetycontrol mode;Last,from the producers, consumers and other stakeholders perspective and combine with theempirical part,put forward the corresponding measures to control the producer and consumer ofbehavior,strengthen the facilities of agricultural products quality safety of monitoring,in order to improvethe agricultural product quality safety system of agricultural facilities.Research results show that:(1)The producer,to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,isthe first responsible person;(2)To ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products,consumers need theactive participation;(3)The government holds a dominant position in agricultural product quality securitysystem,to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.
