The current environment of market economy,the quality and safety of agricultural products have become one of the hotspot in the world wide concern.The agricultural products,to everybody,are the basic consumables,which can ensure our lives,and also affect our benefit directly.Jiangmen City,Guangdong Province,one of the big cities for agriculture,is also the important supply area in the Pearl River delta region,and the quality and safety of agricultural products would influence the healthy that who lives in that.So,if we want to supervise the quality and safety,we have to pay more attention to the risk evaluating,finding out the problem and analyzing the reason.The issues of the quality and safety of agricultural products are related to each tache of the whole supply chain.In view of the above situation,this paper adopts Documentary collection,practical exploration,Analytic Hierarchy Process,and Case Analysis Method,makes a systematic analysis on the current market economy environment of agricultural products' quality and safety related theory from the perspective of the supply chain,using AHP to analyze the factors from production to distribution,establishing the system of estimation,setting up the former which is effective and suitable for the evaluation of the quality and safety of agricultural products in current market economy,Combined with regulation of the quality and safety of agricultural products in Jiangmen City,evaluating the weight values of the top factors in the model,analyzing and finding out that the local has these problems: pollution of producing environment and agricultural devotion,operator's weak consciousness,each department's crossed regulation,the low market admittance and the lagging construction of flat roof and quality inspection system.Aim at the above problems,from the angle of theory and practice,to provide some opinions and suggestions with strong operability for the local government to solve the problem of the quality and safety of agricultural products.
