Studied On The Governance Of Agricultural Products Supply Chain From The Quality And Safety Perspective

The factors that influencing the quality and safety of agricultural products are various, it’s a huge and complex system engineering for the supply chain management. In this paper, ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products as the main line, supply chain management theory, transaction cost theory, contract theory, and evolutionary game theory as the instruction, firstly, starting from the analysis of supply chain management mode of China’s agricultural modernization, for the agriculture super docking mode and agriculture grant docking mode more objective analysis and evaluation, points out that the reasons for restricting the development of these two modes, and its comparative analysis; Then to analysis the agricultural products quality safety exist hidden dangers caused by distribution of benefits and information asymmetry problem, firstly, analysis of the income distribution between farmers and dealers, then, using the evolutionary game mode of dynamic analysis for the strategic choice between farmers and distributors, distributors and consumers, concluded that the contract between the members of supply chain cooperation degree as well as the initial state of agricultural products market is the important factors that affect the quality and safety of agricultural products, if the high degree of cooperation by contract or initial state of the market of fake and shoddy lesser extent, the quality of agricultural products on the market will be towards a truly security of state evolution. Finally, combining the feature of foreign typical agricultural products supply chain development mode, it’s to inspire our country in agricultural products supply chain security governance from the supply chain participating subject, agricultural products quality safety and policy level.Based on the above research, proposed supply chain governance protection of agricultural products quality and safety improvement ideas, this paper puts forward to close the cooperation contract as the basis, reasonable income distribution mechanism as a link, building the social credit system, strengthening the construction of infrastructure, establishing that supported by the information platform of agricultural products quality safety of agricultural products supply chain management model, improve the overall quality and safety of agricultural products level.
