Field Study On Quality Safety Of Agricultural Products

Recent years, the problem about quality safety of agricultural products becomes more and more serious in our country. The agricultural product security accident occurs repeatedly, which is threatening consumer's health and security seriously. The problem about quality safety of agricultural products has been an emphasis of government work and a focus that the society cares. In the academic circles, research on quality safety of agricultural products involves economics, politics, management, jurisprudence and other social sciences, but few sociological angle of view, especially lacks the systematic research on aspects of production, which exactly is the source and foundation to safeguards the quality safety of agricultural products.This article takes a plastic sheeting of vegetables Base in Jinan as the example, using questionnaire survey, depth interview and other sociological methods, to make on-the-spot investigation on 136 households in the Guo Jia Village. According to the investigation, analyzes the sample's basic characteristics, their production method, the behavior of using agricultural production, the cognition to the agricultural production, the safe agricultural products and the government management, then unfolds the condition and promulgates the question. Finally, proposes author's ponder, hoping it will be of great benefit to the solution of the problem about quality safety of agricultural products.
