Research On Motivate Mechanism Of The Agricultural Supply Chain Based On Principal-Agent Theory

Agricultural products market is the most extensive coverage, the most far-reaching influence and participate in the most populous big market in China, but also the most vulnerable market. Since the16th CPC National Congress proposed the "Three rural issues", it has been attached great importance by the Government, the implementation of supply chain management of agricultural products is one of the effective ways to promote the development of agricultural modernization to solve the" three rural issues ". Members of the agricultural supply chain cooperation, there is a lack of awareness of risk-sharing and benefit sharing, and narrow the scope of cooperation between the members of each node problems. The specified reasonable incentives to enhance the coordination of the work of the members of the supply chain of agricultural products, improve the agricultural supply chain the objective requirements of operational efficiency.In this paper based on agricultural production and operation of actual, based on the commission-agent theory, through the building contract, the relationship between members in the supply chain of agricultural products by using the theory of entrust- agent model based on information symmetry and information asymmetry two cases into the line of research incentive mechanism analysis of the agricultural products supply chain. On the basis of the principal-agent theory to formulate the incentive mechanism of supply chain of agricultural products to do the following research:First of all, this essay is based on the principal-agent theory, analyzed the farm products and the principal-agent relationship between supply chain members and built the agricultural products supply chain upstream of the core enterprise’s incentive mechanism, solving the information symmetry and information asymmetry in both cases the incentive mechanism.Then, according to the research of principal-agent in recessive incentive mechanism analysis, I have summarized the solution of dealing with moral hazard problem between the agricultural products supply chain.So, in this paper, the theoretical system of agricultural products supply chain management as well as China’s agricultural production and operation of an enterprise management provides a valuable reference...
