The studied title is come from National Natural Science Foundation Project (grant number:70471045) : supply chain coordination and quantity discount research based on stochastic demand and asymmetric information.Supply chain management is an integral management idea and puts its emphasis on collaboration of members. But the members in supply chain are independent on each other, so there will be conflict among those members. How to construct the collaborative mechanism is a hot issue today. Based on analyzing and summarizing a large volume of domestic and foreign literature on supply chain coordination, Game models under two members having asymmetric demand information are proposed. The main points and innovations of the paper are as follows:(1)EOQ models for cooperation and non-cooperation under symmetric demand information are studied, respectively. The validity of the collaborative strategy is analyzed by using game theory.(2)The incentive mechanism model, which makes the whole supply chain best under asymmetric demand information, is proposed and proved by theory.(3)Based on the last chapter, Manufacturer-Stackelberg game model under asymmetric demand information is studied by price-discount between the members of the supply chain, and the effectiveness of the incentive mechanism is proved by using game theory. At last, the obtained results are verified by simulation.
