With the acceleration of global economic integration, the environment for the survival of the enterprise has undergone a tremendous change and the competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce. Therefore, the internal management of the enterprises are faced with higher requirements and challenges. However, the production-based domestic private enterprises are usually more concerned about the productivity of the enterprise to meet existing orders and orders constantly being developed at the early stage of development. Hence, in the respect of internal management, many enterprises simply associate the employee performance appraisal with the production index and lack a scientific and rational strategic performance appraisal system. But the satisfaction and loyalty of the staff of the enterprise generally tend to be low. Brain drain is very serious and orders can not be completed on time because of human factors from time to time. So, the management particularly attaches great importance to how to strengthen internal management scientifically and reasonably to promote the healthy and steady development of the enterprise.The study object in this paper is company A,a private enterprise producing precision molds with a history of5years, and is at the early stages of the development. The way to utilize the scientific management tools and models to solve business problems encountered in the production and development in order to enhance the productivity as well as cohesion to ensure the steady and healthy development of the enterprise has been called imminent, we will solve the internal management problem and build strategic performance management system by utilizing the performance management tool which are used in both domestic and foreign enterprises and more than8percent of the enterprises reach the success------Balanced Scorecard, combined the specific situation of and enterprise.The paper is divided into five parts and five chapters, the first part is the introduction, introduces the research background, research purposes, ideas, methods, thesis structure and framework. The second part is an overview of the theory on strategic performance management, strategic management, performance management, strategic performance management system, the strategic management perspectives and strategic performance management of the private enterprises and makes a comprehensive clarification. This part is the theoretical basis to build strategic of the performance management system. The third part is a strategy and performance management analysis of the current situation of Company A. The fourth part is the subject of this article, clarifying strategic performance management system of Company A, including the strategic performance management system design, operation, and support responsibilities of Company A. The fifth part is a summary of the research of Company A’s strategic performance management system.This paper benefits to the domestic private enterprises, especially entrepreneurial firms solve the company’s management to better adapt to the international economic environment and provides more valuable methods by studying on the strategic performance management system of Company A.
