At the same time, standing in the perspective of stakeholders throughout the change process, and from shareholders and operators to involve commercial Banks operation involve all commercial Banks business stakeholders, every changes are based on the macro-economic environment changes and business process requirements.In performance management of change, baoshang bank accumulated some experience, at the same time, also a lot of detours.Key part of the article writing is in the contractor’s bank economic capital management practices and implementation of the balanced scorecard strategic enforcement tools. At the same time, through reviewing the history, to determine whether changes made based on motivation are reasonable. On the basis of the above work, analysis the kind of the most scientific performance evaluation system for baoshang bank in the current operation and management status. On the basis of the above work, evaluate how to choose their own performance management mode in the stage between crucial stage and regulation reform of city commercial bank group in the assessment and management. Finally, through the accumulation of experience and twists and turns, as being the change of performance management or prepared for the performance change of city commercial banks, providing advice and recommendations more useful.
