With the development of the international financial markets, commercial banks confront an increasingly competitive circumstance. It is much difficult to survive than ever for Commercial banks running with the traditional business model, due to the increasingly high demand of services. In order to win the advantage in the competition, commercial Banks have turned their attention to the Business Process Reengineering. At present, the Applications of the theory of BPR to commercial Banks, turn out better outcome than before. Compare with manufacturing enterprises, commercial banks, as a kind of service enterprise, the business process reengineering can still be improved.Using the knowledge of industrial engineering in this paper, the analysis of Hefei x commercial bank starts from three parts to solve its current problems. First, analyze the accounting process problems in daily business activities, solve the problems by setting an independent accounting business processing positions.Secondly, in order to achieve a higher business efficiency, analyze the core process of the credit business process and reengineering. Analyze the existing problems in Hefei x commercial bank’s business area, and puts forward the implementation of about6s management.Based on the analysis about Hefei x commercial bank’s business process reengineering, the following point of view is clear:the research on commercial banks’ accounting process reengineering in China is still in the preliminary stage, to enhance the competitiveness of Chinese commercial Banks, business process reengineering is very important; Commercial banks’ business process reengineering is a systems engineering, we can only get the expectant effect by make full use of the existing resources.
