Research On Accounting Business Process Reengineering Of Harbin Branch Of Bank H

Due to the continuous change of financial environment at home and abroad,the diversification of people's demand and the deepening of financial globalization,commercial banks are facing more and more competition in terms of service quality,business processing and other soft power due to the same nature of their business products and the increasing pressure of business operation.In recent years,commercial banks gradually attach importance to the construction of operation management system.Through a series of work such as centralized processing of business processes,optimization of business processes,and improvement of service level,they can improve their own competitiveness and reduce the operation cost of banks.Based on this,this paper studies the accounting business process reengineering of Harbin branch of bank H.Based on the research object of Harbin branch of Bank H,this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth study and analysis of the current accounting business process by using the basic theory of process reengineering,and concludes that there are still many problems in the specific practice of the current accounting business process of the branch,such as: the low level of intelligence of the business outlets,the multi-management of accounting business,and the miscellaneous of business processing links,the weak professional knowledge of accounting personnel,and the deficiencies of the current accounting operation system.Based on the investigation of the causes of the problems,the scheme of accounting business process reengineering of Harbin branch of Bank H is preliminarily formulated.Firstly,the goal and principle of business process reengineering are defined,and the business process reengineering of foreground and background accounting is systematically designed.Then,the organization design and post setting after business process reengineering are redesigned based on the accounting system of bank H.Finally,the author puts forward safeguard measures and risk control for the implementation of the new accounting business process of Harbin branch of bank H.The guarantee measures include technical guarantee,personnel guarantee,system guarantee and capital guarantee.In the process of implementation,we should also strengthen information construction,personnel training,abnormal behavior investigation,personnel quality and accounting inspection to establish the concept of risk control,so as to effectively reduce the risk of accounting business processing system,operation risk and moral risk.
