Human resources management is the enterprise competitive advantage core, performance management is the core of human resource management, a lot of practice research show, effective enterprise performance management for enterprises’sustainable development plays an important role.JF is a company specialized in solar energy heat utilization product technology R&D, manufacturing and marketing as one of the production of small and medium-sized enterprises, in the fierce market competition, enterprise development has been the trend of power shortage, the current performance management has been unable to meet the needs of the development of enterprises. This article through survey questionnaires, in-depth interviews with enterprises, on the JF company existing performance management was analyzed, found JF company although a performance management, but the understanding of performance management and performance assessment are confused, performance management only do simple appraisal on employees. Colleague appraisal indicators are not clear, performance appraisal has become human resources departments conduct regular course of official duties. Due to lack of communication link evaluation, not only did not inspire the enthusiasm of the staff, but also cause the staff of exclusion, hampered the company’s development and enhance competitiveness. I in view of the above problems, combined with the theory of performance management of JF company performance assessment index system and assessment process for the design, in order to reconstruct the performance management system of JF company, promote enterprise whole performance improvement. |
