Talent is the most direct and effective way for private military enterprises to establish their own competitive advantages.Therefore,more and more military enterprises have realized the importance of human resource management,and have expressed their recognition and support for the important role of performance management in the process of enterprise operation and management.In this paper,ALT company was selected as the research object,and the questionnaire survey method and interview method were used in the research.Based on the questionnaire survey results and the interview data,a series of problems in the performance management of ALT company were summarized.Through research,it is found that ALT company has the following deficiencies in employee performance management:unreasonable setting of performance assessment indicators,unreasonable positioning of performance management objectives,imperfect feedback mechanism of performance results,and insufficient assessment of middle managers in the current performance assessment plan.In view of these four problems,this paper selects four ways to improve the rationality of performance appraisal indicators,optimize the setting of performance management objectives,comprehensively develop the improvement of performance result feedback mechanism,and improve the performance appraisal strength of middle managers in the company.In view of the problems,targeted optimization measures are put forward to solve the deficiencies and problems in performance management,give full play to the positive role of performance management in enterprise operation and management,and further promote the development of the enterprise.
