The performance appraisal for human resource is the core of enterprise human resource management. How to establish a performance appraisal system that suits an enterprise's actual situation and its developing strategy is of great importance and it becomes one of the hottest questions that the enterprises are thinking and paying close attention to. Based on the modern performance appraisal theory and methods, this essay has made a deep research and analysis on the original performance appraisal system of JINSONG Marketing Company, and then, some corresponding countermeasures are given.This essay is divided into five parts. Firstly, the background, importance of this research is introduced. Secondly, the purpose, content, method of the performance appraisal system is studied. In the third part, the essay introduces the current situation of the JINSONG Marketing Company, points out the problems of its performance appraisal system and explains the reason of the existing problems. Fourthly, based on the diagnosis of the problems existing in the performance appraisal system, the author redesigned the principles, purpose, standards, methods, and general procedures of the performance appraisal system for the JINSONG Marketing Company, and then, a new performance appraisal system according to the developing strategy of the company is achieved. Lastly, by judging the efficiency of the new performance appraisal system, the essay analyses the special character and difference of the new system, and raises plans to perfect the new system.
