For any company, employees are the most valuable asset. How to make eachemployee an effort to make, which requires companies to improve their managementlevel, improve employee satisfaction, inspire staff enthusiasm, initiative and creativity,so that employees at all times maintain the best condition, give full play to their talents,so that enterprises in the fierce competition in the market for a long time invincible.This paper select the employee satisfaction of S company, the state-ownedenterprise,as the object of study, through questionnaires and individual interviews toknow about employee satisfaction of S company. Survey data show that S companycurrently focused on employees’ dissatisfaction with work pressure compensationsystem, personal development and appraisal system in four areas. The employeesatisfaction of S company is not high, mainly due to the company’s overall businessdirection S is unknown, lack of challenging work, duplication of effort is high, whilelabor-intensive, the lack of humane care, payroll allocation and evaluation incentivesystem also needs to be improved. Through research, the paper recommended that theemployee satisfaction should be taken concrete measures to improve from five areas,include the working conditions, pay and benefits, evaluation and motivation, leadershipand management, work and training.This study aims to know about the employee satisfaction of S company, to find outeffective countermeasures can improve the employee satisfaction of S company,providing management basis for company, improve enterprise management level, injectnew vitality to the sustainable development of enterprises.
