The development of the Chinese Property brings more chances for the Property Enterprises, but the retained rate of the labor is not satisfactory. Many enterprises realize that the competition of business is the competition of the persons with ability. To attract and retain the people, we must improve the job satisfaction degree of the staffs. How to quantify the job satisfaction degree of the staffs and improve the Human Resources management? The thesis first research on the theory of job satisfaction and get the conclusion that the job satisfaction is the attitude the staffs take towards their jobs influenced by the individual factors, salary, the content of job, promotion, leaders etc. Based on the analysis of the theory, the thesis takes the staffs of A property enterprise as the research objective and designs a questionnaire to calculate the satisfaction degree. The theory research,factor analysis,descriptive analysis,one-ANOVA analysis,regress analysis etc is used to analyze the results of the questionnaire. According to the questionnaire results, the thesis analyze the general situation of job satisfaction and the existing problems.According to the outcome of the research, the dissertation made suggestions that constituting various incentive policies for different population variable; stressing interpersonal relation factor in job satisfaction to improve communication in organizations; providing fair salary and welfare; perfecting train system and development system to reinforce the enterprises' culture.
