In today's world,with the rapid development of social economy,employee satisfaction has become an important factor in the survival and development of enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises.In the key period of deepening reform,transformation and development,state-owned enterprises should not only focus on employee satisfaction management,but also focus on improving the work efficiency of employees.In this paper,based on the study of previous research results of employee satisfaction,influencing factors of employee satisfaction,and measurement tools of employee satisfaction,combined with the actual situation of NBPC company,we designed 25 questionnaires of four categories and seven dimensions of employee satisfaction,and used statistical analysis methods such as principal component analysis and factor analysis to analyze the employee satisfaction of NBPC company The current situation and problems are analyzed.Through the survey,it is found that the overall level of employee satisfaction of NBPC company is not very high.Among the four categories and seven dimensions of satisfaction,the level of employee satisfaction is relatively low in five aspects: scientific and technological progress and technological innovation,work site and working environment,matching of employee learning and training with professional needs,employee growth channel,information communication and feedback channel,which affects the overall satisfaction of NBPC company.Based on the analysis of the above five aspects and the causes of the work pressure,this paper puts forward four strategies for reference,which are the improvement of employee satisfaction,the improvement of employee enthusiasm and initiative,and the improvement of employee work efficiency.In the aspect of strengthening human resource management,three measures are put forward: establishing scientific employee performance evaluation standard,optimizing team structure,increasing talent team training and strengthening human resource management practice.Through this study,we can help NBPC company to improve and enhance employee satisfaction,provide practical reference,provide decision support for production and operation management,and achieve win-win situation for both enterprises and employees.
