Study On The Restrictive Factors And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Standardization Extension In Fujian Province

At present, with the development of social economy, the agricultural development ofour country has entered the stage, which from natural resources, market demand andenvironment interaction. On the one hand, although the total amount of supply anddemand of agricultural products in China has basically balanced, in the background ofeconomic globalization, especially after joining WTO, agricultural product of ourcountry is facing fierce competition in the international market, the binding of marketdemand in agricultural development of China is more and more obvious. On the otherhand, with the abuse of fertilizer, pesticides, additives and other chemical rawmaterials in the production process, our ecological environment become worsen, andthe amount of residue of harmful substances in agriculture production has greatlyincreased. They will affect the quality of agricultural products and the speed ofimprove agricultural benefit. Under this situation, the sustainable development ofagriculture in china will also be restricted. Therefore, the implementation ofagricultural standardization becomes the route to develop our country’s agricultural,and agricultural standardization also promotes the rational use of resources. Also, itwill improve our international competitiveness of agricultural products, and has theprofound significance in protecting food security and ecological environment.In recent years, the government of Fujian province pays more attention onstandardization work, and gives great support in various aspects of agriculturalstandardization research and promotion work. As Fujian province’s unique advantagesand policy support, and the implement of agricultural brand strategy and brandstrategy also promote the popularization and development of agriculturalstandardization in Fujian Province. And it has achieved remarkable results. However,there are also many problems, such as lack of funds, the low enthusiasm of farmersand the unsubstantial construction of talent. Both of them cannot meet the need ofagricultural standardization promotion. At the same times, the low-educated farmersalso can’t do the efficient agriculture standardization production.This paper based on the related theory of agricultural standardization, through the literature review and the related theory to analyze the present situation of FujianProvince agricultural standardization, and take the grape industry in Fu’an city ofFujian Province as an example, through the literature method and investigationmethod of the questionnaire to analyzes the problems of promotion of agriculturalstandardization in this industry. Then we can put forward countermeasures andsuggestions to enhance standardization promotion according to the specific cases ofthe agriculture standardization work of Fujian province.
