Study On The Influence Factors In The Extension Process Of Agricultural Science And Technology Achievements

The scientific and technological progress plays an increasingly important role in the agricultural growth in China.Solving the problems on agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the most important task in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The solutions to Three Rural Issues must ultimately rely on the improvements of workers' qualities and the technological progress.It is very important to accelerate the transformation and promotion of scientific and technological achievements to solve the obstacles between China's agricultural science and technology achievements and actual productivity,and establish an agricultural extension system that is consistent with China's national conditions.Hence,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have proposed “deepening the reform of the extension system of agricultural science and technology to accelerate the formation of an agricultural extension system where national extension agencies and other ownership promotion organizations jointly develop and complement each other.” In 2018,the No.1 central document also proposed to speed up the construction of a national agricultural science and technology innovation system,strengthen the construction of science and technology innovation bases for the whole industry,and deepen the transformation and popularization and application of agricultural science and technology achievements.Therefore,this paper will study the influence factors of agricultural science and technology achievements extension from the perspective of empirical analysis,which has certain study significance and value.The reason for the inefficient extension of agricultural science and technology achievements is that,apart from the lack of government policies and inputs,the most fundamental reason is that the role of farmers in the spread of technology is not fully recognized,but the farmers are only regarded as passive recipients of new agricultural technologies in the actual extension work.Firstly,this paper discusses the background topic,the research purpose and significance,the domestic and international research profile,the research methods and the possible innovations.Then,this paper analyzes the prospects for the popularization of kiwifruit in Hongyang,Mei County.Through the analysis of the quality,market sales,and economic value of Hongyang Kiwi,the effect of scientific and technological achievements on the achievements extension is defined and the implementation of Hongyang Kiwifruit is fully understood.Through the analysis of grassroots promotion system construction and the analysis of the effect of using different extension models,the influence of grassroots extension system construction on the extension of scientific and technological achievements under different extension models(government extension stations,universities,kiwifruit test stations,etc.)is clarified.By constructing a model,this paper analyzes the farmers' own factors,production and management conditions,psychological tolerance risks,and communication situation with the extension staff to clarify the influence of the behavior and psychology of adopters of scientific and technological achievements on the promotion of agricultural science and technology achievements.Based on the analysis and research,this paper identifies the problems and drawbacks in the extension progress,and draws the basic conclusions and proposes countermeasures to accelerate the extension of agricultural scientific research achievements.The contermeasures are as follows: improving the scientific research level and the quality results;giving full play to the government's macro-control functions and establishing an efficient agricultural technology extension system;adapting measures to local conditions and selecting appropriate extension models and methods;cultivating the agricultural science and technology needs of agricultural producers;establishing and improving the construction of relevant legal systems for agricultural technology.Increasing the extension rate of Hongyang Kiwifruit and the planting income of Hongyang Kiwifruit in Mei County will increase farmers' incomes.It will provide reference for relevant departments to make scientific decision-making on the research and extension of Hongyang Kiwi,and provide reference for the realization of agricultural science and technology achievements.
