At present, domestic glassware products have penetrated into every aspect of the lives of consumers. Domestically, in recent years, gradually increase the income level, consumption demand increases, daily-use glassware products future broad market space. But we should also see the consumer grade and quality of commodity demand is increased, especially the majority of our glassware products need to export, is the need to adapt to foreign consumers are continuously improve the level of consumption. Therefore daily glass industry should increase scientific and technological innovation and development, improve the product grade and quality, to meet people’s rising living standards and also exported to enhance the grade of products and promote the further development of daily-use glass industry.In recent years, the development of daily-use glass industry in China there are two major problems:one is the industry concentration is low, the two is the product market in middle and low level. Along with the advance of economic globalization and the emergence of scale, competition daily glass industry increasingly fierce market. Therefore, to build in the fierce market competition in their own core competitiveness has become the core development strategy in the transformation of enterprises.DF glass factory is a veteran of daily-use glassware manufacturing enterprises, most of the products are for export, the developed countries and developing countries industrial migration technology of raw materials and other reasons, lack of early orders. After the global financial crisis in2008, orders to reduce internal problems erupted, now glass factory with stable foreign agents, is currently maintaining state.This article briefly describes the basic theory of strategic transformation, and sort out the concept of enterprise strategic transformation. Through the analysis of present situation of DF glass factory, to find out the internal glass factory, strategic transformation development based on the successful reality more fully, and then through the development of strategic transformation to solve these problems. Firstly, this paper discusses the DF glass factory strategic transformation of the driver, and then analyze the integrity of the strategy, the strategic transformation theory on the basis of using Potter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis of the glass factory is facing internal and external environment of the analysis of the development of the. The main analysis of the glass factory is facing the opportunity, threat points out their advantages, disadvantages, according to EFE and IFE analysis results to determine the direction of strategic transformation of glass factory. In this paper, based on the above analysis, proposed the DF glass factory content, designing turnaround program. According to the transformation of the implementation of the program, is presented in this paper. The system, personnel and other related security measures..This paper thinks that strategic transition is the fundamental way to solve the current situation of DF glass factory. DF glass factory only abandon seek only orders to do old ideas and large-scale, strategic analysis, development path selection of independent research and development, the independent brand, strategic transformation plan reasonable, after the transformation stage strategy, make their own operating characteristics and the safeguard measures to obtain new competitive advantage, can survive and development in the fierce competition.
