Human resources service industry was first time pointed out on official state council document at <Some Opinions On Speeding Up The Development Of Service Industry> on 19 th March,2007.Soon,Many kinds of policies and regulations were enacted one after the other to promote the development of human resources service industry which created a very good policy environment for the development of human resources service industry and drive our country’s human resources service industry to its rapid growth stage after that.However,Since China economy into the ‘New Normal’,‘Population Bonus’ fade out,The government continues to promote industrial structure adjustment and transformation and upgrading,particularly the explosive growth of the ‘New Economic Mode’,such as Internet plus,Mobile Internet,Big data and Sharing economy,to bring more challenges and opportunities for the companies in human resources service industry of China.Therefore,facing of the growing complex global economic situation,the competition will be more cruelly for our case company A who has been created more than ten years in the field.It is the urgent issue for our case Company A to consider how to keep its Sustainability,Healthy,Stable and Rapid growth when it is under fiercely competition environment.The typical research method is used on our paper,with company A as the research object,from the development history of company A and major problems it is facing now,this paper mainly through Five Force Models to analyze the external environment of company A;Use SWOT Matrix to make the strategic for company A,and finally recommend Expansion Strategy as its overall strategy,Focused Differentiation Strategy as tis competitive strategy,and select one or two cities to achieve its target from Wuxi,Changzhou,Hangzhou and Jiaxing where they are next to Suzhou,then to make more success on the other cities and try to manage and control it from four aspects of culture,structure,financial and human resources.
