Along with the global economic development, Merger&Acquisition had been a model for Chinese enterprise to development. Resources、environment、policy and many others elements restrict the process of an enterprise development,meanwhile, M&A could help the enterprise get more resource and more large market,decrease the transaction cost,all this could help develop more fast. Chinese M&A already got some advanced, but, many fails are coexist.In conclusion,in the M&A, high level and high quality talent must be considered,the integration is lead the M&A success or failure, especially the HR integration.The essential of modern enterprise competition is HR competition, the talent resource is the most of a enterprise resource, especially the post of management, technology and the marketing talent. If Hr management is a point of the enterprise core competitiveness,then the effectiveness of HR integration after the M&A is the key for the successful of the M&A.This thesis described real stories of the HR integration of SY heavy industry M&A, analysis the cause of the problems, and tell us that the Hr integration should be along with the whole M&A progress, and it is the key for the successful M&A.SY group just have no comprehensive plan, the HR problems appeared in different phase, the employee turnover rate rise and the employee is pessimistic, the confliction aggravated and all this caused the SY group economy negative growth. Through the study of this thesis, hope to help the other enterprise solve the similar problems in the process of the HR integration of the M&A.
