Research On ERP Based Electric Power Enterprise Financial Management System Construction And Evaluation

Financial management is one of the core business of electric power enterprise? and financial management of power enterprise is very import in the development of enterprises. By means of using information technology to implement the financial business integration strategy and construction and business harmonious unity of "financial management"system, we can greatly improve the assets operation efficiency and effectiveness, so that ensure electric power enterprise’s economy to maintain continuous,healthy and rapid development.ERP is based on the help of the advanced information technology which is centered on finance. ERP is a set of logistics, capital flow and information flow as a whole in order to support electric power enterprise’s meticulous management and standardized operation. ERP system incorporates many advanced scientific ideas of management. ERP software is a core component of the ERP system, which is the actual carrier of management thinking of "the union of three kinds of flow". The design of electricity enterprise resource management system is based on the most realistic demand of power enterprises. The successful implementation of the ERP system may promote the use of resources in enterprises. ERP system makes use of computer software to improve the level of management of electric power enterprises in order to realize the best integration of enterprise resource.L power company’s financial management system based on ERP is the research object.in this paper. This paper analyzes the situation of L power company financial management and the the functional requirements of ERP power company financial management system of fixed assets management, finance management and budget control management. As an example of fixed assets management system, we make the design from six aspects of asset account, asset based data management, asset management, query and reporting, monthly closing and security, system integration. The main research results of this paper are as follows.-(1) ERP financial management theory.(2) L power company financial management current situation and demand analysis based on ERP.(3) L electric power company financial management system design based on ERP.(4) Evaluation of financial management system based on ERP of the L power company. We hope it can help the other enterprises to implement ERP system.
