| With the increasing competition in electricity market , ERP is doomed to bethe goal of modern management in a power plant , which is determined by the natureof ERP and the demand of information management. The competitions amongelectric power enterprises are the ones of profits in the end which will eventuallybe realized through high-efficient and scientific financial management . This articleexplains theories of ERP and ERP financial management with some examples. Italso analyzes the implementation of ERP financial management project from theaspect of overall budget management which is the important part in ERP financialmanagement . Finally it expounds the implementation of ERP system with the coreof financial management in a northwest power plant . It has been proved that theimplementation of ERP financial management in an electric power enterprise ispositive and realistic for the enhancement of financial management and corecompetitiveness of an electric power enterprise. |
