The Research On Influence Factors About Core Enterprise Knowledge Governance In Technology Innovation Networks

As a new governance mode, knowledge governance gradually appeals to domestic and international scholars. On the research of knowledge governance, scholars stay on the surface of the concept and character study, and less involves with the nature of knowledge governance. In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge has been used as a resource by more and more enterprises. And in technology innovation network, the governance mode is gradually towards the direction of knowledge governance, after a hierarchical management, relationship management and the development of network governance. The core enterprise, through the use of heterogeneity knowledge resources, forms control force and influence force to the members of the enterprise, then governances the entire network.This paper introduces the domestic and overseas scholars about technology innovation networks, knowledge governance and knowledge management factors research, then we summarize the concept of core enterprise knowledge governance in technology innovation networks. It is defined as the core enterprise through the network of knowledge sharing, flowing and creating, forming control force and influence force to the members of the enterprise, and then achieve to the entire network management purpose through the formal or informal organization mechanism or organizational structure. At the same time, we put forward the core enterprise knowledge governance mode of technology innovation networks. We select34high-tech enterprises in Xi’an high-tech zone as the main investigation object, and make the exploratory factor analysis. Then we extract three principal component factors of the influence factors about core enterprise knowledge governance mode of technology innovation networks, and it is named respectively to the knowledge cognition, the core enterprise power and the network integrating and coordination. And then we establish the mode of influence factors about core enterprise knowledge governance mode of technology innovation networks. Finally, we do the confirmatory factor analysis to model and provide data support for the whole study.The concept, mode and influence factors of core enterprise knowledge governance in technology innovation networks are not only to make up for blank in the related research field, but also play a certain role to the development of the theory technology innovation network governance.
