Research On The Influencing Factors Of Core Enterprise Leadership In Technology Innovation Network

With the advent of economic globalization and the information technology era,technological innovation,product innovation,and process innovation has become an important source of the enterprise's core competitiveness.However,with the rapid updating of information technology,the market which companies are in is rapidly changing.Faced with constantly updated technology needs,continue to refine and deepen specialization,shorten product life cycles,diversified and personalized customer demand,original business has been unable to maintain a competitive advantage,and it cannot meet the growing customer demand for diversified and personalized relying solely on internal resources and capacity.Traditional forms of organization in this environment appears more inadequate.Enterprises began to develop external resources,to establish cooperation with the relevant enterprise on the market,sharing resources and capabilities.Technological innovation network came into being.In the technological innovation network,some enterprises which has unique technology or be in the core place,become the core enterprise of the network,and influence member firms of the network.This influence is known as core enterprise leadership.Background on technological innovation network,enterprises in the network as the research subject,this paper reviews relevant literature to sort out and summary the research about technological innovation network,leadership,core enterprise and core enterprise leadership.Based on relevant literatures,this paper interviews some enterprises and experts,then defines the factors influenced core enterprise leadership in technological innovation network,build a factor measurement model of core enterprise leadership.At the same time,this paper collects data by the method of questionnaire,then constructs a impact factor model using exploratory factor analysis and verify that model using confirmatory factor analysis.The main conclusions of this study are following:(1)Core enterprise leadership in technological innovation network means the capacity of core enterprise in technological innovation network to create a common goal to obtain recognition of member companies,to attract and influence them to achieve goals.Core enterprise leadership generates with technological innovation network and core enterprise.Based on the different of bureaucratic leadership and core enterprise leadership,this paper argues that core enterprise should have the ability to coordinate the relationship between enterprises and continue to promote the achievement of objectives.Therefore,this paper extends core enterprise leadership to seven dimensions from leadership five forces model,namely forward,charisma,influence,determination,control,coordination,and aims impetus.(2)By interviewing some enterprises and experts,this paper defines the factors influenced core enterprise leadership in technological innovation network,build a factor measurement model of core enterprise leadership.At the same time,this paper collects data by the method of questionnaire,then constructs a impact factor model using exploratory factor analysis and verify that model using confirmatory factor analysis.The main factors include knowledge resources,network capacity,network structure and leadership traits,which are the external and internal factors affecting core enterprise leadership.Knowledge resources refers to internal knowledge base and knowledge creation of enterprises;network capacity refers to the ability of enterprise to build and coordinate technological innovation network,and to combine and assign network resources;network structure refers to the size and tightness of technological innovation network;leadership traits refers to the inherent qualities and external wisdom of business leader.The conclusions have great significance in theory and practice,and laid the foundation for further study on core enterprise leadership in technological innovation network.
