The Study On The Relationship Between The Characters Of Enterprise Innovation Networks And Technology Innovational Performance

With the rapid development of technology and global competition intensifies, technological innovation capability of enterprises is become the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, the enterprise's own internal resources have been very difficult to meet the demand of the enterprise's technical innovation activities. Enterprises need constant access to a variety of innovative resources from outside of the enterprise to enhance the performance of enterprises in technological innovation. Therefore, establishing an efficient enterprise innovation networks is critical for Enterprises. Numerous studies show that the characters of enterprise innovation networks has a major impact in technological innovation . At present, the theoretical circles have not yet formed a mature theoretical framework and consistent conclusions.This thesis Construct and verify the characteristics of enterprise innovation networks influence enterprise technological innovation performance through the intermediary function of innovative resources , meanwhile absorptive capacity play a Moderating role. It reveals the essence of characteristics of innovation networks how to influence the enterprises technological innovation performance. The basic theories of this thesis are enterprise innovation networks theory, innovation and resources theory, the theory of absorptive capacity and technological innovation performance theory . Combined with some relevant case studies, this thesis found that characteristics of enterprises innovation networks has a significant impact in technological innovation performance according to comparative study . Then we take the enterprises of Zhejiang Province as the research object, collected 216 valid questionnaires, using SPSS statistical software and structural equation software AMOS. We conducted a reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation modeling and other methods of data processing, while analyze and verify the assumptions and models. This thesis reached the following conclusions: (1) Enterprise Innovation networks is a key external factor to access to innovative resources, and the different dimensions of characteristics of enterprise networks have the difference influence on accessing innovation resource.(2) Enterprises obtain innovation resources from innovation networks and thus affect the performance of technological innovation, innovation resources play a part of the intermediary role in the relationship between characteristics of the enterprise innovation networks and technological innovation performance.(3) Potential absorptive capacity of enterprises play a regulatory role between some dimensions of enterprise innovation networks and the innovation resources .(4) The realized absorptive capacity of enterprises play a regulatory role in the relationship between innovation resources and technological innovation performance .The results The results have important guiding significance for the China's enterprises to build their own enterprises innovation networks, assess the value of the enterprise innovation networks and use the innovative resources from innovation networks to improve technological innovation performance.
