Research On Technological Innovation Evolvement Of Non-core Enterprise In Innovation Cluster

The innovation cluster is a kind of local network organization formed by the knowledge sharing and economic agglomeration among the innovation subjects.Cultivating innovative clusters is an inevitable choice to improve the ability of cluster innovation,promote economic development and enhance national competitiveness.China already has a high level of the soil for developing innovative clusters and has roots in many parts of China.In the innovation cluster,enterprises through cooperation,exchanges and other forms actively with other enterprises,universities,scientific research institutions and other auxiliary institutions to establish network links,enterprises in the network in different positions will form two types of enterprises-core enterprises and non-core enterprises.The core enterprise occupies the core position of the cluster network,controlling the core resources of the network;non-core enterprises rely on their own knowledge for production and innovation,but also through the core enterprise-built cluster network to communicate within the network,through the network of knowledge flow and knowledge spillover to the knowledge reserves,and can rely on the core enterprise development value chain,industry chain to grow itself.In the innovation cluster,the importance of the core enterprise is self-evident,but if no non-core enterprises to the core business cooperation,there is no heterogeneous resource endowment and unique innovation complementary advantages,core enterprises will game,clusters will also be difficult to develop.Firstly,this paper defines the concept of non-core enterprises,and then analyzes the process of technological innovation evolution of non-core enterprises through the links between the non-core enterprises and the various subjects in the innovation cluster.Using evolutionary economics to analyze the evolutionary stage of non-core enterprise's technological innovation,divide the evolution process of non-core enterprises into three phases,combining evolutionary game theory and other related methods to study knowledge transfer between non-core enterprises and core enterprises.On this basis,the system dynamics causality diagram and flowchart of non-core enterprise technology innovation Evolvement Mechanism are established.The empirical part utilizes the Vensim PLE software to simulate the technological innovation evolvement process of non-core enterprises in the innovation cluster,probes into the innovative clusters of non-core enterprises in different technological innovation stage,other subjects have the concrete influence on the technical innovation of the non-core enterprise,and compares the different parameters.Finally,the paper summarizes the research content and proposes the relevant policy suggestions.The objective of this paper is to promote the development of non-core enterprises in the innovation cluster under the conditions of policy and condition,so as to promote the prosperity of regional economy.
