Research On The Team Building Of Brb’s Core Workforce In The Background Of A High-Speed Railroads Era

With the development of science and technology, China’s railway enterprises are getting a even faster development. Associated with the enormous input on high-speed railroads, widely use of concentrated equipped trains, commanding system etc., how to maintain the sustained safety of transportation has became a great challenge and unavoidable duty of railway enterprises. Core workforce, as the most significant resource of China’s railway enterprises, plays a key role in maintaining transportation safety. This thesis takes BRB’s major transportation workforce as research subject, discusses its teaming building strategy from a HRM perspective. By combining the HRM concepts with the background information of core workforce, concluding that core workforce is the key resource of BRB. Using the team building theories, considering the teams from different systems as a whole. Through statistics analysis, getting the first-hand information (age, educational background, technical classes) of core workforce, then, finding out the existing drawbacks of BRB’s team building practice. By analyzing BRB’s constructive planning of2011-2015, calculating the hiring goals of core workforce. Then, by diagnosing the problems which would affect the final goals, giving a clear direction of core workforce’s team building practice. Lastly, based on the contents above, combining relevant policies with managerial mechanism, motivation machanism, training machnism and culture building, reaching out some specific and useful solutions.
