Full-time Safety Production Management Team-building Way Of State-owned Construction Enterprises

Nowadays, building trade faces serious situation in safe production. Beginning with production accidents of the construction enterprises in the recent 7 years, the thesis analyses the reasons for frequent production accidents of the construction enterprises. One of the most important reasons is that the construction enterprises haven't fulfilled their responsibilities in construction supervision. In other words, the full-time security management personnel of the construction enterprises are deficient, and their educational levels are considerably low. The security management personnel of the construction enterprises play an important role in safe production of the construction enterprises. As a main force in the building trade, the state-owned construction enterprises also face the severe problem of stagnation in building full-time safety team. With the increasing development of legal construction in the building trade, the state-owned construction enterprises have realized the importance of safe production management. The external and internal environments for building full-time safe production management team have been provided. The thesis points out the current problems in the full-time safe production management teams by analyzing the status quo of the full-time safe production management team of the First Division of China Construction Group. Based on a detailed analysis of the causes of the problems in the full-time safe production management teams of the state-owned construction enterprises, applying the theory of modern human resources management and combining the characteristics of safe production in the state-owned construction enterprises, the thesis thinks that the following measures are effective ways in building full-time safe production management teams for the state-owned construction enterprises: set up a corporate culture emphasizing on security, correct the improper understanding on the duties of the safe production management personnel, expand the job search channels of the employed safe production management personnel, adopt necessary stimulating methods for the full-time safe production management personnel, establish effective mechanism for importing persons with abilities, etc. thus import and introduce highly-talented persons for safe production management and promote the educational levels of the existing safe production management personnel.
