Social reform and opening up in China for over30years, the Chinese society has undergone earth-shaking changes in the1970s, since the1980s, the Chinese society enter from a traditional agricultural society into the industrial society and modern will gradually move toward a socialist market economic transition. The huge change, the more rapid speed of change, the more will with time highlights the unpredictable social problem that object to ignore. Once flourished in major state-owned enterprises gradually institutional change in the impact of market-oriented economic reform and social transformation, survival of the fittest under market economy conditions, however in the case of the constant pursuit of economic interests, the interests of employees who will give more attention to how to preserve, this article attempts to explore the following aspects, first, as employees of the state-owned enterprises converted to whether the smooth transition of the private sector staff; second, the phase of reform in the past, the staff of life of these years what changes have occurred; third, in the context of the identity of the private sector employees, how to seek the protection of individual rights and interests.In this study, the depth within the enterprise in order to better understand the actual situation, an acquaintance introduced into the restructuring experienced C enterprises, access to valuable information. Based on a large number of interviews on the basis of this study found that, before the restructuring of state-owned enterprises employees life and identity after the reform has changed greatly for the lives of the employees of the private company, the order of production and the market now is the center of the new economic order instead of the past to rely issued by the national task planned economy based on the traditional way, companies from receiving government support into self-reliance, employees can no longer rely on national policies and trade union organizations, the traditional industrial workers represented by the basic livelihood of the employees of state enterprises in this social group situation, the right to the status of also undergone a huge transformation.10years after the reform, their collective action into what is another reason which forced them to lose the right to speak. This paper attempts to track by the staff of life of the restructured enterprises, seeking a better way out of the restructuring unit staffing issues.
