The Reform Cost Collection Question Research Of Local State-owned Enterprise In Heilongjiang Province

The essay mainly researches raising reform costs, needed by local state-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang Province. Based on game theory as an analytical framework, this essay transforms the question of raising reform costs into the question of searching "Nash equilibrium solution". On researching it is found that the solution of raising reform costs is deduced to "Nash equilibrium solution" by reform interests bodies, using "trial and error" and "multiple game". This essay stresses that reform interests bodies, when together solving the puzzle of raising reform cost, not only can always find a combination of tactics, which are useful to all relating sides, but also can find the route to minimum raising cost. So in concrete handling of raising cost, systematization procedure and democratization must be insisted on. After empirical research into available pattern of raising reform costs and case-analyzing of Lonmay coal Group and Heilongjiang dairy Group , the theory assumptions and basic conclusions of this essay are proved, that have made some important conclusions , and put forward some suggestions about raising reforms cost , needed by local state-owned enterprises of Heilongjiang province.
